FiveMinuteLove sells digital products. Because delivery is typically immediate and irreversible, refunds are limited.

Eligible cases

• Duplicate charge for the same order.
• Payment captured but page was not delivered due to a system failure.
• Technical defect that prevents core functionality and cannot be fixed promptly.

Not typically eligible

• Change of mind after successful delivery.
• User-provided mistakes in content, spelling, or selected options.
• Requests made after substantial usage of the delivered product.
